Helicure with its unique combination of a long acting and specific antibiotic (Clarithormycin), an efficient proton pump inhibitor (Omeprazole) and a powerful antibacterial agent with activity against anaerobes (Tinidazole), plays a crucial role in the safe eradication of the Gram-ve anaerobic organism (Helicobacter pylori), which is per the recent studies is responsible for and associated with most of the upper gastrointestinal disorders e.g. gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, antral gastritis and gastric carcinoma, accordingly, eradication of H. Pylori leads to radical cure of peptic ulceration and lowers the incidence of recurrence.
Eradication of H. Pylori in patients with peptic ulcers with the objective of reducing the recurrence of duodenal and gastric ulcers caused by this organism.
